Recognizing the widespread need for accessible mental health care, the vision expanded to include multiple locations across the state. Each new location was seen as an opportunity to bridge the gap and extend our reach to communities seeking the support they deserved.

My personal experience with an eating disorder has led me to understand the struggle intimately. My personal journey of recovery fuels a passion to extend a helping hand to others who have faced similar challenges. My goal is to guide individuals beyond the confines of an eating disorder, fostering mind freedom and food freedom, enabling them to embrace life to the fullest.

What started as a solo endeavor evolved into a realization: the capacity to impact lives and families was far greater by growing a group practice. Aligned by shared values, our team is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the healing journeys of those we serve.
